By confirming your reservation with Nomada, you agree to the following House Rules. To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and staff, please read and follow these guidelines.
Prior to Confirming Your Reservation
A valid photo ID is required for all guests. The person whose name is on the reservation must be the person to check in and must be age 21+.
No Unregistered Guests
Only guests listed on the original booking and pre-approved by your host may access the property.
Respect Thy Neighbor
Please remain courteous and respectful to all neighbors and staff throughout your stay.
Check Out Is 11:00 am
Cleaning begins at 11:00 am to prepare for the next guest’s arrival at 4:00 pm. Late check-out will incur a fee.
Lights & Air Conditioning
To conserve energy, raise the thermostat to 75 °F and turn off all lights every time you leave the unit, including at checkout.
Anything You Use, Please Put It Back
Feel free to use items in the apartment; return them to their original place after use.
No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted. Unruly behavior or serious complaints may result in removal from the property.
Noise Level
Privacy-safe noise monitoring is used to help maintain a peaceful environment for all. Devices only detect excessive noise levels; they do not record conversations.
Florida Statute 509.141 Sec. 2 & 3
(2) The operator of any public lodging establishment or public food service establishment shall notify such guest that the establishment no longer desires to entertain the guest and shall request that such guest immediately depart from the establishment. Such notice may be given orally or in writing. If the notice is in writing, it shall be as follows: “You are hereby notified that this establishment no longer desires to entertain you as its guest, and you are requested to leave at once. To remain after receipt of this notice is a misdemeanor under the laws of this state.”
(3) Any guest who remains or attempts to remain in any such establishment after being requested to leave is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms
Eating or drinking in bed can cause spills and additional cleaning fees.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside units, on balconies, in common areas, or at amenities. A $300 additional cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs anywhere on the property.
No Pets
No pets of any kind are allowed inside units. Service animals and ESAs are always welcome.
Accidental Breaks or Damage
Please notify us of any accidental damage so we can repair or replace items as needed. If an item cannot be repaired, replacement costs may apply.
Amenity Access
Amenities are located on the 6th floor. Pool towels are provided in the apartment—please return them after use. No alcohol or glass containers at the pool.
- Pool & BBQ Grills: Sunrise to sunset
- Multipurpose Room: 9:00 am–10:00 pm
- Fitness Center: Open 24 hours
Trash
Do not allow trash to accumulate. Trash chutes are located on every floor down the hall.
Electric Bicycles & Scooters
Electric bicycles and electric scooters are not allowed anywhere on the property.
Mail & Packages
Do not send mail or packages to building mailboxes. Do not address packages with unit numbers. Management and the Front Desk do not have access to mailboxes.
Wi‑Fi & Cable Equipment
Do not move, remove, or disconnect the Wi‑Fi or cable boxes, as this will disrupt service.
Lost Key Card, Fob, Parking Decal
Please return all access items at checkout. Replacement costs:
- Key Card: $25
- Fob: $100
- Parking Decal: $150
Lost or Stolen Property
Management is not liable for loss or theft of guest property in units, parking, storage, or common areas. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings.
Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your host for details.
